Below you'll find a number of common quesitons that come in regarding the set up and maintenance of the loyalty rewads and promotions syste
Q: I don't see any custom values when I click on the custom values button in the rewards app, or promotions app
A: The most common reason you don't see the custom values in the app when you click on Custom Values for a sub account in our backend is because you haven't one of our snapshots to that sub account. The custom values editor only pulls in custom values from that sub account, and if the snapshot isn't loaded then there are no custom values to pull in.
Having Multiple Domains for Multiple Funnels
Make sure to connect your domain to each Funnel and then you replace the redirect URLs, in order to connect pages with each other. You can use your own sample Funnels and stuff, just you need to make sure to put the right custom values inside your build!
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Sometimes, it happens that you have created different domains for all the funnels, which may cause you issues with your setup! For that it is advised to usd just one domain for all of your funnels, You can add your domain to our Custom Values.
All you need to do is to have one domain or subdomain setup only and then you can use paths to identify which page or funnel the clients are taken to.
For that all you need to do is to go to your desired funnel and by selecting sites from the left side bar and then clicking on page settings
And then under the step URL, you can paste the page name slash funnel name, etc. just they way you want to make it appear
The same process goes for websites as well.
METHOD 2:
You can also be able to do the same thing by clicking on the setting button under the page
And then you can simply update its path just the way you want to do it
NOTE: Method 1 is for updating the Funnel Step URL (Only for Funnels )and Method 2 is for updating the page URL (Same for both websites and funnels)
