- Go to the Automation section.
- Scroll down or Search to find Wellcome to the Loyalty Program Workflow.

- In the Loyalty Program section, check the SMS message.
- The message might be in a template, so check both the template and direct message settings.

- Locate the Trigger Link button.
- Click the button to check the link, which should lead to the loyalty punch card.
