Leaderboard Overview - Sept 2024

In this video, I provide a detailed overview of our business leaderboard, covering referrals, points, reward items, redemptions, promotions, and reporting. 1. Contact Points:

2. When You click view contacts.


You can see all the contact points, aswell as you can add manual points to the contact from here. and you can check out the redeem points from here.

And yo can see all the transactions of contact here.



3. Rewards:



When you click on rewards you can see all the rewards and here you can create new reward and can edit the already built rewards aswell.



4. Manage Rewards:



When you click the manage reward page you can see all the Reward redemption history.



5. Manage Promotions:



When you click on the manage promotions you and here you can edit your previous promptions and you can create a new promotions aswell.




6. Redeem Coupons:


When you click on redeem coupons here you can see all the redeemed coupons, Contact details and the date of redemtion.




7. Reporting:
 

On Reporting page you can see all the reports of Rewards and loyalty,
New Subscribers, Campaign ROI and more.






8. Settings:



Under setting you have three options Point Settings, Social Settings, Business Settings.
From here you can updoad your customs values.
