Step 1: Enable Membership Tiers in Your GHL Account

  1. Log into GHL and navigate to your Agency View.

  2. Go to the Smart Scripts dashboard or the app that you use (like Smart Reviews).

  3. Find the Rewards Locations section under the "Smart Apps" or "Rewards" menu.

  1. Select the location you're working with (e.g., Fitness Rewards Marketing Snapshot).

  2. Go to Settings and ensure that Tier Memberships in the Leaderboard are enabled. If this is turned off, the tiers won’t appear anywhere.

  1. If you don’t see the sub-account you need in the list, click Add Rewards Location and select the correct location from the list.

 

Step 2: Create a Membership Program

  1. Go back to the Sub Account where you want to create the membership.

  1. Click on Add New Membership and name it (e.g., Fitness Membership 1).

  2. Hit Save to create the membership.

  1. For your newly created membership, click Manage Tier.

  1. Within your newly created membership, click Add New Tier.  

  1. Name the tier (e.g., Platinum Tier).

  2. Enable Rewards and Promotions if applicable.

  3. Optionally, set up Points for each tier to reward customers with points monthly. For example, give 5,000 points for the Platinum tier.

  1. Create another tier (e.g., Gold Tier) and assign rewards and promotions as needed.

  2. Save your tiers.

  1. Go to the Rewards section.

  1. For example, add a reward like a $50 Gift Card (you can choose a fitness-related reward if available).

  2. Under Who Should See This Reward? Section,
