  1. URL NOT WORKING: After clicking a link in an email, or being redirected after filling out a form the page I’m supposed to be taken to is either not showing up, going to a 404 error page, or the page is broken.
     

    1. Do you have a domain added to your sub account? 

      1. You can check by going to settings -> Domains and seeing if you have a domain.
         

    2. If you have a Domain did you add it to each funnel in the snapshot - Every funnel that came with your snapshot needs the domain added. Check by going to each funnel, clicking on settings-> look for a domain in the domain dropdown
       

    3. Did you add the domain to custom values Rewards Domain URL Either go to our custom values editor or go to Settings->Custom Values and do a search for domain. Check to see that you have put the domain you’re using for our system in that field. The format should be https://youdomain.com -> Make sure you have https:// before the url and also make sure there are no / or anything after the domain URL.
       

    4. If you see https://yourdomain.com/yourdomain.com/referral as the redirect or link url it means that you forgot to add the https:// at the start of your url in custom values. 

 FAQ: Why Isn't My Reward Being Created?

  • While Creating a Rewards DO NOT add Emojis in Title, Description of Redemption Method Because the System right now does not support that format.
