Setting Up Review Links

In order to set up the review system, you'll need review links. These links are the direct links to the review portion of the website you're requesting the review for.

Google Review Link

• Purpose: The address you send people to so they can give you a review on Google.

• Instructions:

  • If your client has integrated Google in their CRM (High Level Account), go to Settings → Email, and down at the bottom click Generate Link.
  • If they haven’t integrated Google, search for their business on Google.com, bring up their knowledge panel, and use a tool like GatherUp to grab their review link.

• Use GatherUp to Find Review Links:
  GatherUp is a Google Chrome plugin that will find your review site link for you.

Yelp

• Instructions:
  • Go to Yelp, type in your customer's business name, and navigate to their page.
  • Click on Reviews to find the review link.

Facebook

• Instructions:
  • Go to your client's Facebook page, then click on the Reviews button and copy the URL.
  • Example URL: https://facebook.com/YOUR_CLIENTS_PAGE/reviews
